The LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. 7It was not because you were more in number than any other people that the LORD set his love on you and chose you, for you were the fewest of all peoples, but it is because the LORD loves you. . . 

Deut. 7:7-8

This is what i need right now.

i need to know that the Lord loves me.

When i mess up, He loves me.

When i am struggling to find joy, He loves me.

Not because of ANYTHING i have done but because He sees "redeemed" written all over me. 

The Lord is faithful and i have to remember this.

He is SO forgiving even when i feel like i can't even lift my eyes to Him.
